We understand that end-of-life care involves sensitive, unpredictable circumstances. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compassionate.

Services Rendered

Payments are non-refundable for services already provided.
This includes time spent in consultations, planning, on-call availability, and in-person or virtual support.

Cancellations Before Services Begin

If you cancel before any services have started, a refund may be issued minus a non-refundable administrative fee.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Packages & Retainers

Package fees and retainers reserve time and availability and are non-refundable once services begin.
Unused portions of a package are not refundable.

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule services when possible due to changing circumstances, at no additional charge.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and compassionate situations, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.
