My Story
Choosing an end-of-life doula is one of the most meaningful decisions a family can make. At The Final Act, we understand how deeply personal and emotional this journey is. Our mission is to support you and your loved ones with compassion, dignity, and unwavering respect—right until the final curtain call.

My name is Fawnesha you can call me "Fawn," and I am the founder of The Final Act. I believe in the power of genuine human connection and the importance of honoring every stage of life with grace and empathy.

I became an end-of-life doula after spending over 15 years working in healthcare—ranging from long-term care and assisted living to hospice support. In 2024, this work became even more personal when my own family walked the path of loss as we said goodbye to my mother, who passed away on February 8th after her battle with end-stage dementia.

That experience deepened my calling. I have made it my mission to be a voice and an advocate for those who can no longer speak for themselves. My heart is in this work, and I bring compassion, understanding, and a steady presence to every family I serve.
